During your appointment, we’ll take the time to discuss your goals and lifestyle and we'll map out a plan that will help you to start feeling better, sleeping better and moving better.
I understand that you are busy and that life is full so we'll be looking at how you can create micro-changes that are easy to implement but get results. The aim is not to restrict what you eat but to ensure you are being nourished by the food you eat, and make sure that you're getting adequate nutrients to thrive.
I provide personalised lifestyle advice aimed at reducing peri-menopause and menopause symptoms, helping you feel your best. Once you start eating to fuel your body and sleeping through the night you will notice a huge difference.
Additionally, I can help you create a weekly exercise plan to build strength and fitness, taking into account your available equipment, how many days you can train, and any physical limitations you may have.

I am an entrepreneur, business owner, wife, mother, coach, traveler, and avid rock climber. As a time-poor mother in my 40s I am stronger than I have ever been. I know that by adjusting your diet, exercise and lifestyle to suit your life-stage, the results will follow.
My educational background includes a Bachelor's in Chiropractic Science, a Master’s in Physiotherapy, and certifications as a Nutrition Coach and Menopause Lifestyle Practitioner.

Since graduating in 2011, I have worked extensively with women during the perinatal period and recently deepened my focus on nutrition and menopause.
In 2024, I completed the PN Nutrition Level 1, My MT Menopause Transformation with Dr. Wendy Sweet, and Menopause 2.0 with Dr. Stacy Sims.
Having faced my own challenges with maintaining a healthy relationship with food and exercise, I understand the struggles many women encounter. Learning to align my nutrition with my lifestyle and life stage has been transformative, freeing me from restrictive habits and helping me achieve my health goals. My goal is to help you understand the basics of nutrition within the context of perimenopause and menopause so that you can not only distinguish fact from fad, but so that you are able to set goals you can actually achieve and create progress that you can actually maintain. As a busy mum and business owner, I recognise how challenging it can be to prioritise yourself, but I also know the profound benefits it brings to your entire family.
